**Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies
• Help optimize functional mobility, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population
• Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in\-service education
• In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop a robust therapy program
• Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated
• Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care
• Support compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**

• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Graduate of a CAPTE\-accredited physical therapy program

+ If foreign\-trained, degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U. S. entry\-level PT education by an APTA\-approved credentialing agency
