**Job Summary**

We are seeking a senior full\-stack engineer for our fast\-paced agile team in Atlanta, GA, to drive the next generation of core products. You will combine engineering excellence with an AI\-first mindset, championing AWS cloud\-native, DevOps\-focused software engineering and mentoring junior talent.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions that meet user story requirements and acceptance criteria.. Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure (cost, performance, security) within

**AWS. **

Explore and incorporate

**AI capabilities**

to improve code quality, deployment processes, and innovation within our engineering practice.

Implement mobile and/or cross\-platform application features using Dart and Flutter, delivering performant and maintainable UI and business logic.

• **Engineering \& Delivery:**

Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions, breaking down epics/stories into actionable technical estimates.

• **Mobile Excellence:**

Implement performant mobile and cross\-platform UI/business logic using

**Dart and Flutter**

.

• **Cloud \& Infrastructure:**

Monitor, manage, and optimize AWS cloud environments, security, and cost, alongside CI/CD automation.

• **Quality \& Testing:**

Write and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and automated tests, while troubleshooting production issues.

• **AI Integration \& Innovation:**

Explore and incorporate AI capabilities and AI\-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance code quality and deployment workflows.

• **Leadership:**

Mentor junior and mid\-level engineers, champion software best practices, and collaborate closely in an Agile environment.

**Core Technical Stack \& Requirements:**

• **Education:**

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph. D.

and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field

• **Primary Development:**

(essential for cross\-platform mobile/application features).

• **Cloud \& DevOps:**

Amazon Web Services (Dart and Flutter AWS), CI/CD pipelines,

**Git**

or similar version control systems.

• **Experience Threshold:**

Minimum 4\+ years of

**web/mobile application development**

(or up to 8 years of general related tech experience without a degree).

• **Cloud Background:**

2\+ years building and deploying applications within

**AWS**

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience designing scalable,

**cloud\-native architectures or serverless applications**

.

• Familiarity with

**container services**

(Docker, ECS, EKS) or

**infrastructure\-as\-code**

(Terraform/CDK).

• Familiarity with mobile deployment pipelines (

**Firebase App Distribution**

**TestFlight**

).

• Working knowledge of

**relational or NoSQL**

databases.

• Demonstrated experience using

**AI\-assisted coding tools**

in production or experimentation pipelines.
