Technical Account Manager-Mechanical Services

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Manager to serve as the primary technical resource and strategic advisor for our existing clients. This role combines deep mechanical and building systems expertise with strong relationship management skills to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a background in service operations, project management, facilities management, or mechanical construction and possess the ability to bridge the gap between technical execution and client business objectives. You will work closely with clients, operations teams, and leadership to develop project solutions that drive long-term partnerships and continued growth.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing client accounts Serve as the main point of contact for service needs and issue resolution Partner with field and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery Lead client check-ins, performance reviews, and renewal conversations Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement Identify and support additional service opportunities within accounts Maintain accurate account activity within CRM systems Qualifications 5+ years in account management, service delivery, or client-facing roles Experience in HVAC, mechanical, facilities, or technical services strongly preferred Required Skills Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) Preferred Skills None specified.

Pay range and compensation package $90,000 – $100,000 Base + Bonus Monthly Car Allowance
