Physical Therapist - PRN

**Responsibilities**

• Diagnose patients through current observation and review of medical history
• Develop treatment plans
• Direct patients through exercises to improve quality of life, assist in pain management, and maintain and improve mobility
• Record patient progress notes and make adjustments to care plan as needed
• Use provided technologies including OneStep to identify fall risk

**Requirements**

• Current Ohio DPT Licensure is required
• Experience with Net Health EMR is a plus
• 2\+ years of experience is preferred

**Job Details**

• PRN \- flexible during business hours (between 7:00am \-6:00pm)
• $45\-48/hr with flexibility depending on experience
• Will occasionally travel 5 minutes on the clock to one of our Assisted Living facilities

Pay: $45\. 00 \- $48\. 00 per hour
