**Location:** Bishop, CA
**Setting:** Skilled Nursing Facility
**Assignment:** 4 weeks with option to extend
**Start:** ASAP
### **Assignment Details**
- **Shift:** Days
- **Schedule:** Monday–Friday
- **Shift Length:** 8\-hour shifts
- **Hours:** 40 hours/week
- **Pay:** **$78–$80/hour**
- **Estimated Weekly Pay:** **$3,120–$3,200/week**
- **Start Date:** ASAP
- **Contract:** 4 weeks with **option to extend**
### **Facility / Clinical Details**
- Skilled Nursing Facility
- Monday–Friday day schedule
- 40\-hour guaranteed work week
- Opportunity for extension after initial 4\-week assignment
### **Requirements**
- Active **Physical Therapist (PT) license** in California
- Graduate of an accredited **Physical Therapy program**
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Strong patient evaluation and treatment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
