**Qualifications:*** Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or license eligible in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program
- Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long\-term care or geriatric rehabilitation
- Passion for patient\-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
