Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

• The Digital Marketing Specialist supports online marketing efforts and may occasionally cover the sales floor, helping customers and supporting day-to-day sales activities.
• This role combines digital marketing work with occasional in-person customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with digital marketing activities, such as creating and coordinating content for online channels.
• Help maintain a consistent brand presence across digital platforms.
• Occasionally cover the sales floor and assist customers with product questions.
• Your impact: Clear, engaging digital content helps customers discover the business, while attentive sales-floor support helps them find what they need.

Experience

• Some sales experience is a strong plus, particularly experience assisting customers in person.
• Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail are useful for supporting digital marketing tasks.
• Familiarity with social media or other digital marketing platforms is preferred.

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
