Tidewater Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team! Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services utilizing evidence-based treatment techniques across a variety of conditions and patient populations.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health records (EHR).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, rehabilitation techniques, and clinical documentation standards.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care and professional excellence.
