Integration Software Engineer

Job Description

TIBCO Software is seeking an experienced Integration Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in middleware technologies, API development, data transformation, and distributed systems.

In this role, you will help connect business applications, improve data exchange, and build reliable integration services that support complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions.
• Build and support integration workflows using TIBCO technologies.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs.
• Integrate internal applications, databases, and external services.
• Implement data transformation and message-processing workflows.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and improve system reliability.
• Perform unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and business teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks and TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, XML, and JSON.
• Programming experience with Java or JavaScript.
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and data transformation.
• Experience with Git, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TIBCO ActiveMatrix or TIBCO BusinessEvents.
• Knowledge of cloud integration platforms and microservices.
• Familiarity with messaging systems and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services.
• Understanding of enterprise security and access-control practices.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
