About the Company

ThirdHome is one of the largest home exchange clubs in the world. Through our web platform and mobile app our members can deposit vacation time in their second homes and use that time to book stays at other luxury homes around the world.

The Role

ThirdHome seeks a Sr. Product Manager, Mobile App, to join our Product team and support the growth of our luxury travel business. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of our product.

  • Manage our third-party development partner day-to-day, including scope, milestones, budget, quality, and sign-off on deliverables.
  • Plan and lead the move of the app to an in-house team: code ownership, documentation, CI/CD, and knowledge transfer.
  • Work with Engineering on the Rails APIs, authentication, and data the app depends on.
  • Own AppStore and Google Play readiness, beta programs, and phased rollouts.
  • Define mobile analytics and success metrics, then own the roadmap after launch based on usage, ratings, and reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years in product management including 3+ years on consumer native apps, with at least one app launched from scratch and experience managing an outside developmentpartner.
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles and experience working with UX designers.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with product analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality products that delight users.
