ThirdHome is one of the largest home exchange clubs in the world. Through our web platform and mobile app our members can deposit vacation time in their second homes and use that time to book stays at other luxury homes around the world.
The Role
ThirdHome seeks a Sr. Product Manager, Exchange Platform, to join our Product team and support the growth of our luxury travel business. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of our product.
You will work closely with cross-functional tams including engineering, UX design, business analytics, and marketing to deliver innovative solutions that meet our members' needs. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for Search, Property Details, and Reservations, the core of how members find and book homes on our ruby on Rails exchange platform.
- Improve search and discovery with better filters, ranking, map browsing, and availability, across Key levels, market tiers, and Reserve properties.
- Own the reservation experience from request to confirmed stay, reducing failed, abandoned, and cancelled bookings.
- Raise listing quality and the owner tools members use to manage their homes, including photos, amenities, calendars, and Key ratings.
- Work with Engineering, Design, and Analytics on research, A/B testing, and data-driven priorities.
- Turn feedback from members, Member Experience, and the Reserve team into product improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years in product management with experience shipping search, listing, and booking flows on a marketplace or travel platform.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and experience working with UX designers.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

Job Types

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
