**Position Overview**

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to design, build, test, and optimize accessible enterprise scorecards and dashboards. This position converts approved measures into accurate, intuitive visual products for executives, managers, and analysts.

The successful candidate will combine business intelligence engineering, user\-centered design, data reconciliation, accessibility, performance optimization, and release support.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Gather user needs and translate approved KPI specifications and stakeholder feedback into dashboard designs and testable acceptance criteria.
• Build accessible scorecards and dashboards with governed calculations, semantic models, filters, drill paths, tooltips, and consistent design standards.
• Develop and optimize SQL, queries, calculations, and semantic models while reconciling dashboard results with approved data and metric definitions.
• Coordinate role\-based access with the Data Architect and Lead Data Engineer, security personnel, and Government access authorities, and implement applicable Section 508 requirements.
• Plan and execute functional, data, performance, accessibility, regression, and user acceptance testing, and resolve identified defects.
• Coordinate release and training activities with the Organizational Change and Knowledge Management Specialist and use feedback and usage data to improve usability, performance, accessibility, and decision support.

**Required Qualifications**

• Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Design, or another relevant technical field, or .

• SkillsCompetencies:

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience developing enterprise dashboards, scorecards, or business intelligence products.

+ Hands\-on proficiency with an enterprise business intelligence platform, such as Power BI or Tableau, and strong SQL,

+ Ability to translate governed measures and complex data into clear, accessible visual products for executive, management, and analyst audiences.

+ Experience with user research, prototyping, usability testing, user acceptance testing, release management, and usage analytics.

+ Portfolio or work sample demonstrating dashboard design and engineering without exposing client, proprietary, controlled, or classified information.

**Clearance:**

• + Active Secret Security Clearance.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience developing Federal executive dashboards, agency\-level scorecards, or governed self\-service analytics.
• Experience designing contextual help, data\-definition tooltips, and in\-application guidance.
• Experience integrating accessible business intelligence products with enterprise APIs and governed data platforms while coordinating role\-based access and data\-protection requirements with architecture, security, and Government access authorities.

**Preferred Certifications**

• Business intelligence platform, data visualization, user experience, or accessibility certification.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $75,030 – $85,020\. This range is a good\-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, geographic location, internal equity, market data, and applicable contract requirements, and may fall outside the posted range.
