Nurse Practitioner

We are looking to add a dedicated and caring Nurse Practitioner to our growing team, with current locations in Vinton & DeQuincy. New graduates are welcome to apply! We are committed to mentoring and supporting the right candidate as they transition into practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure high-quality care
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Louisiana
• Board certified (or eligible)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Ability to work well within a team
• Experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
