About this role

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, based on your experience

Your Loyalty Deserves to Be Rewarded — Up to $20,000!

When you commit your talent and energy, you should feel it pay off. At Bartley Physical Therapy, you can earn up to $20,000 in loyalty bonuses, including up to $10,000 as a sign-on bonus. Your first step?

Apply and let’s talk about what you want next in your career.

Here’s What You’ll Love About Working at Bartley

  • You get to practice the way you were trained to practice - with time, trust, and clinical autonomy.
  • You work in a supportive, community-based clinic where patients know your name and value your care
  • You deliver evidence-based treatment with the freedom to individualize care
  • You’re backed by a team that actually collaborates - not competes
  • You grow clinically with $2,000 per year in continuing education plus monthly hands-on mentorship

This is a place where your skills are respected, your growth is prioritized, and your voice matters. The kind of work you'll be proud of.

You’ll treat a diverse orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical caseload, helping people return to the activities that matter most to them. You’ll build real relationships, see real outcomes, and go home knowing you made a difference- without burning out.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

  • Value patient-centered, high-quality care
  • Want to keep learning and sharpening your clinical skills
  • Enjoy being part of a team that supports you, not pressures you
  • Are looking for a long-term home - not just your next job

If you want a role where you’re rewarded, supported, and trusted as a clinician, Bartley Physical Therapy may be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.

  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • CEU Reimbursement opportunities.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Opportunities for advancement.
