Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Burleson, TX.

The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and execute customized treatment programs focused on improving mobility, strength, and functional independence. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with patients to set rehabilitation goals, providing hands-on therapeutic interventions, developing home care strategies, and documenting treatment progress accurately and in compliance with clinical standards.

Qualifications

Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care Knowledge and application of Medicine and evidence-based therapeutic practices Capability in developing and implementing Home Care plans for sustained recovery Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and facilitate effective communication Valid Physical Therapist license (State of Texas) and compliance with regulatory standards Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree preferred Experience in manual therapy techniques is a strong advantage Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary : $77K–$90K+ annually, based on experience, advanced certifications, specialized skills, and clinical expertise.
