**We are currently seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our outpatient therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician seeking a flexible schedule in a collaborative and patient\-centered environment. **

**Occupational Therapist Duties and Responsibilities*** **Provide occupational therapy services to help patients maximize functional independence and improve quality of life. **

• **Assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and modify interventions as appropriate.**
• **Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.**
• **Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.**
• **Consult with team members regarding occupational therapy interventions and recommendations.**
• **Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress and changes in status.**
• **Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.**
• **Perform other duties as assigned.**

**Qualifications*** **Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. **

• **Valid New York State Occupational Therapist license.**
• **Strong organizational and written communication skills.**
• **Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.**
