We're looking for a passionate, creative, energetic Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who is ready to bring fresh ideas, big enthusiasm, and a little personality to our growing team!

With seven locations throughout New Jersey, we're on a mission to make quality mental health care more accessible, and we need someone who can help us spread that message.

You'll be creating engaging social media content, capturing photos and special moments with our team, developing digital marketing campaigns, managing our website, writing blogs, and connecting with businesses and organizations throughout our communities.

We don't care if you've been doing this for years or you're a recent graduate ready to show the world what you can do. We're looking for someone with talent, ambition, creativity, and the motivation to turn great ideas into meaningful results.

This is a full-time position with occasional travel to our seven New Jersey offices for photography, content creation, special events, and community networking. No two days will look exactly alike, and that's part of what makes this opportunity exciting!

Compensation:

$70,000

Responsibilities:* Bring Our Social Media to Life! Create, schedule, and publish engaging, creative content across our social media platforms. Monitor comments and messages, respond appropriately, and find new ways to grow our audience and increase engagement.

• Capture the Moments That Make Us Special! Visit our seven New Jersey offices as needed to photograph new hires, create welcome announcements, highlight our clinicians, capture special events, and develop exciting social media content that showcases the people behind TheraCorp.
• Help People Find Us! Manage and regularly update our website, implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, and work to improve our visibility in Google searches so more people can discover our services.
• Get Creative with Digital Marketing! Design social media advertisements, promotional materials, and graphics as needed, write engaging blogs, develop socialmonials and testimonials with appropriate authorization, and create email marketing campaigns that connect with our audience.
• Get Out There and Make Connections! Serve as a community liaison for TheraCorp Behavioral Health, building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations to promote our practice and services. Coordinate and participate in monthly networking events to expand our presence throughout New Jersey.
• Turn Ideas Into Action! Follow and expand our existing networking and marketing plans, develop new strategies, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to help grow our brand across all seven locations.
• Make an Impact and Measure It! Track social media engagement, website traffic, marketing campaigns, and outreach efforts to see what's working, identify opportunities, and help us continue growing.

Qualifications:* A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!

• Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with a strong understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
• Creative writing, photography, graphic design, and content creation skills. Familiarity with Canva, video editing, and other creative tools is a plus!
• Knowledge of website management, SEO, digital advertising, and email marketing is preferred, along with an eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• An outgoing, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships, attend networking events, and represent TheraCorp in the community.
• A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do! Someone who takes initiative, brings fresh ideas, thinks independently, and follows through.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to our New Jersey offices as needed.
