Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee the weekend nursing team at our Camden, Arkansas location. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, leading by example, and mentoring our nursing staff. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on weekends, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
• Monitor and assess patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
• Develop and implement effective staffing plans, ensuring adequate coverage and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
• Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care
• Mentor and coach nursing staff, fostering professional growth and development

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of Arkansas
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and principles
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
