The Springs of Brinkley is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **PRN Physical Therapist** to join our rehab team. Your expertise will help residents recover strength, improve mobility, and get back to doing the things they love—all while being part of a supportive and collaborative care environment.

### **What You’ll Do:**

• Evaluate and treat residents with physical impairments or limitations
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support overall recovery goals
• Document therapy sessions and track resident progress
• Educate residents and caregivers on safe movement techniques and home exercise programs

• Active Arkansas PT license
