About Our Practice
Seacoast Spine & Sports Injuries is an established multidisciplinary practice providing chiropractic care, physical therapy, and sports injury rehabilitation. We are dedicated to helping patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, manage musculoskeletal conditions, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Our practice combines individualized, evidence-informed care with advanced treatment options, including cold laser therapy, radial pressure wave therapy, and dry needling.

We take pride in providing a collaborative, patient-centered environment where clinicians can use their professional judgment, develop meaningful relationships with patients, and focus on achieving lasting functional improvements.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Alton office and help us continue providing exceptional rehabilitation services to our community.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys outpatient orthopedics, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and sports medicine and wants to work in a practice that values individualized treatment over high-volume patient scheduling.
You will have the opportunity to step into an established physical therapy program with an existing patient base, collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals, and contribute to the continued development of our rehabilitation services.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?
- Individualized patient care: Standard treatment appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes, allowing you to focus on each patient's needs rather than managing multiple patients simultaneously.
- Flexible scheduling: Full-time, 40 paid hours per week, with flexibility in daily scheduling. A Monday–Friday schedule is available, with the option to work Saturdays in exchange for a weekday off.
- Paid lunch breaks: Lunch breaks are included in the 40-hour paid workweek.
- Advanced treatment options: Access to cold laser therapy, radial pressure wave therapy, and dry needling.
- Experienced clinical leadership: Collaborate with clinicians who have experience working with U.S. Olympic team athletes, professional athletes, and elite competitors.
- Established patient base: Join an existing rehabilitation program with an established caseload and referral network.
- Clinical autonomy: Use your professional judgment to develop individualized treatment plans and select appropriate interventions.
- Collaborative environment: Work alongside chiropractic providers, physical therapy staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Opportunity for professional growth: Expand your clinical skills and help shape the continued development of physical therapy services within the practice.
