Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Manager leads hotel sales efforts, builds productive client relationships, and supports revenue growth through effective sales planning and follow-through. The role calls for hotel sales knowledge and familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up on inquiries.
• Present hotel offerings to prospective customers.
• Coordinate sales activity with relevant hotel teams.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records in hotel systems.
• Use PMS and POS systems to support sales-related work.
• Your impact: Strong client follow-through helps guests and customers find suitable hotel offerings.

Experience

• Hotel sales knowledge relevant to customer-facing business.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Organization and attention to detail when managing records.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through consistently.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
