Physical Therapist

**Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and home community care.

Our Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to help them achieve optimal physical function and alleviate pain. **Responsibilities** - Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify areas of impairment and develop personalized treatment plans. - Utilize a range of physical therapy techniques, including trigger point therapy, to address specific needs and goals. - Implement treatment plans through hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and education. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. - Provide acute care, outpatient care, and home community care as needed. **Requirements** - Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. - Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the position is located. - Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. - Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to read and interpret medical charts. - Experience in hospital, clinic, and home community care settings. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapy License (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
