Information Technology Manager

IT Manager / IT Leader 📍 Annapolis, MD 💰 $120,000+ Base Salary 🏢 Direct Hire / Permanent A growing Mid-Atlantic organization is seeking an experienced IT Manager / IT Leader to oversee enterprise technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, business applications, and IT service delivery across multiple locations.

This is a highly visible leadership role working closely with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business goals while managing day-to-day IT operations and a team of technology professionals.

What You'll Be Doing: ✅ Lead IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery across multiple locations ✅ Manage and mentor IT staff, including systems administrators, technical support professionals, and application support teams ✅ Oversee enterprise applications, cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity initiatives, and vendor relationships ✅ Drive infrastructure upgrades, technology projects, and process improvement initiatives ✅ Manage IT budgets, technology investments, and third-party service providers ✅ Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery readiness, system availability, and security best practices ✅ Partner with business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency What We're Looking For: ✔ 5+ years of progressive IT experience ✔ 3+ years in IT management, infrastructure leadership, or technology operations leadership ✔ Experience supporting multi-site environments ✔ Strong background in infrastructure, systems administration, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and vendor management ✔ Experience leading teams, projects, and IT service delivery initiatives ✔ Manufacturing, construction, logistics, transportation, industrial, or related operational industry experience highly preferred ✔ Bachelor's degree preferred ✔ ITIL, PMP, Security+, AWS, Microsoft, or related certifications are a plus Why Consider This Opportunity? ✅ Stable, growing organization ✅ Executive-level visibility and influence ✅ Opportunity to shape IT strategy and operations ✅ Leadership role with significant growth potential ✅ Competitive compensation and benefits package The Midtown Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
