Of Counsel attorney with civil litigation experience

Marshall & Saunders, P.S. seeks an Of Counsel attorney with at least three years of experience in civil litigation. In addition to providing expert criminal defense for persons accused of sex crimes, child abuse, and domestic violence, our firm also defends similarly-situated persons in civil litigation.

We seek an attorney to support our civil defense practice. You would work primarily with David Marshall, a highly experienced and respected litigator. To be a candidate for this position, you need to be comfortable providing compassionate and diligent representation to people being sued for sex offenses and child abuse.

This is a position for a contract lawyer and would not be full-time. We would not provide you with an office, but you would have paralegal support and access to conference rooms. You would be part of a growing office of defense attorneys who are committed to supporting each other and creating a strong community.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent legal writing ability, strong advocacy skills, and a history of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
