ABOUT THE POSITION

MAGTEX USA and ZYRAX Uniform Services are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our growing team in Spring, Texas.

This is a combined position responsible for both graphic design and digital content creation.

We are looking for someone who can design professional logos, develop brand identities, create marketing materials, photograph products, record videos, edit social media Reels, and produce engaging content to promote our brands.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects while producing high-quality visual content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. GRAPHIC DESIGN & BRANDING

• Design professional logos and brand identities.
• Create flyers, brochures, catalogs, banners, and promotional materials.
• Develop graphics for social media platforms.
• Design advertisements and promotional campaigns.
• Create product graphics and marketing presentations.
• Prepare designs for printing and digital publication.
• Maintain consistent branding across MAGTEX and ZYRAX.
• Create visual materials for apparel, uniforms, embroidery, and customization.
• Develop creative concepts for new products and marketing campaigns.

2. CONTENT CREATION & VIDEO PRODUCTION

• Create original content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Record promotional videos and product demonstrations.
• Film company activities, products, uniforms, and customer projects.
• Create and edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
• Take professional product and lifestyle photographs.
• Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Add subtitles, music, transitions, and branded graphics.
• Develop creative ideas for promotional videos and campaigns.
• Record content at the store, warehouse, and customer locations when needed.
• Produce engaging content that showcases our products and services.

3. SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING SUPPORT

• Create and prepare weekly social media content.
• Design promotional advertisements and digital graphics.
• Write engaging captions and promotional copy.
• Schedule and publish social media posts.
• Prepare creative materials for Meta advertising campaigns.
• Support marketing campaigns focused on attracting new customers and business accounts.
• Monitor engagement and content performance.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on monthly campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across social media platforms.

4. GENERAL MARKETING DESIGN

• Create sales presentations and corporate marketing materials.
• Develop promotional campaigns for new products.
• Design digital catalogs and product sheets.
• Support website graphics and email marketing materials.
• Create promotional materials for distributors and corporate customers.
• Design materials for retail promotions, trade shows, and business events.

COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT

• Monthly Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 USD (Gross).
• Full-time W-2 employment.
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• On-site position in Spring, Texas.
• Salary based on experience, skills, and portfolio.
• Performance and salary review after the first 90 days.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who can do more than simply create social media posts.

We need a creative individual who can take an idea, develop the visual concept, design the graphics, record the video, edit the content, and prepare it for publication.

This person will play an important role in building the visual identity and digital presence of MAGTEX USA and ZYRAX Uniform Services.

We are looking for someone with initiative, creativity, and a strong desire to grow professionally while helping build two expanding American brands.
