Compensation

Package Salary: Up to $85,000 annually Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, including larger accounts Handle both new and renewal business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Prepare executive summaries and other client-facing documentation Proactively manage accounts, addressing client needs and identifying opportunities for growth Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery Qualifications/Requirements Experience: 5 to 8 years in account management, with a preference for candidates with 7 to 8 years of experience Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Skills: Strong work ethic, ability to manage larger accounts, and a proactive approach to account management Software: No specific software experience required, but adaptability to new tools is essential Education: Relevant educational background preferred but not mandatory
