Med Surg RN ($73/hr)

• Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct head-to-toe physical assessments, record vital signs, and monitor patients closely for early signs of clinical deterioration or adverse drug reactions.
• Medication & IV Administration: Prepare, administer, and log prescribed oral and intravenous (IV) medications, manage IV lines, and oversee pain management and IV therapy.
• Post-Operative & Wound Care: Track post-surgery recovery, check surgical incisions, perform complex dressing changes, and manage catheters and specialized medical equipment.
