Hillman is looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Automotive Key Sales Specialist to join our growing Mobile Automotive Key Services team. In this role, you'll bring cutting-edge automotive key replacement and programming solutions directly to customers through a fully equipped mobile sales van, helping drivers solve real problems while generating sales and building lasting relationships.

• Thursday - Monday
• Friday - Tuesday

Weekend availability is required & travel to one store location per day within a 50-mile radius is expected.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Key Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of growing the business and creating exceptional customer experiences.

You'll:

• Initiate conversations and engage customers with confidence
• Generate interest and create demand for automotive key services
• Educate customers on key replacement and programming solutions
• Use consultative selling techniques to uncover customer needs
• Overcome objections and guide customers toward purchasing decisions
• Convert customer interactions into sales opportunities
• Partner with Mobile Locksmith Technicians to deliver outstanding service
• Build relationships with retail partners and local customers
• Identify new opportunities to drive sales growth
• Maintain a professional, organized mobile sales environment
• Represent the Hillman brand with energy, professionalism, and integrity
