Duties

• Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed patient histories to inform diagnosis and treatment strategies.
• Manage complex cardiac conditions by prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests such as echocardiograms or stress tests, and interpreting results within scope of practice.
• Educate patients and families on heart health management, medication administration, lifestyle modifications, and prevention strategies.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with certification in cardiology or related specialty preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working in cardiology settings including ICU, emergency room, hospital medicine, or outpatient clinics.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as CGM
• Strong knowledge of physiology, and medical terminology relevant to cardiovascular care.

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
