Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical disabilities and conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, traumatic injuries, and chronic conditions
• Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments, using evidence-based practices and a patient-centered approach
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and promote patient outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to facilitate successful transitions and long-term care
• Stay current with the latest research, technologies, and best practices in physical therapy, and incorporate this knowledge into patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
