About this role
You went to school to help people, not chase volume. Here you get the time to do that.
You run the visit, you own the plan of care, and you have the time to figure out why someone isn’t getting better.
Your patients are active adults, 30 and older, who want to get back to golf, hiking, pickleball, lifting, and their kids without painkillers or surgery. Most have already been told to rest, medicate, or live with it. They chose to be here, and they’re ready to do the work.
Your week
- Full-hour, 1-on-1 visits. No aides, no techs.
- Cutting-edge regenerative treatments like shockwave available.
How you grow
- Mentorship and weekly clinical case meetings, with time set aside for problem solving, so you can bring a stuck case to the team without feeling judged.
- A structured clinical reasoning system (PHIX) that teaches you to look for the root cause instead of running a protocol.
- Colleagues who offer support and challenge.
What you get
Competitive salary, 401k match, healthcare stipend, and PTO.
Where we’re headed
We’re still building. Our goal is to set a new standard for orthopedic physical therapy and leave our profession, our patients, and our teammates better than we found them. If you want to help build that, not just join it, keep reading.
What we ask of you (GRACE)
- Growth: you keep learning, and you treat setbacks as part of the work.
- Right vs. Easy: you do what’s right for the patient, even when it’s harder.
- Accountability: you own your results and have your teammates’ backs.
- Communication: you’re clear, direct, and collaborative.
- Experience: you make each interaction the best part of someone’s day.
This is for you if
- You won’t let go of a case until you understand why the patient isn’t improving.
- You’re bothered when a patient stalls, because you care about the outcome.
- You’d rather get great results for fewer patients than average results for 15+ a day.
This is not for you if
We’re a direct-pay clinic. You’ll explain a plan of care, talk openly about its value, and hold patients accountable to finishing it. If you’d rather run the schedule you’re handed, lean on passive modalities, or aren’t comfortable talking about the cost of care, we’d rather say so now.
Qualifications
- DPT from an accredited program.
- Arizona PT licensure.
- Strong clinical reasoning and a desire to grow.
- A commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
How To Apply
Apply on Indeed, then email your resume and a short cover letter to [email protected] with the subject line “PT Application.” Tell us why you think our patients would love working with you and what you’d bring to our team.
