, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized physical therapy plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized physical therapy plans in accordance with patient goals and needs
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement effective treatment strategies to improve patient function, mobility, and overall physical well-being
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
