A passion for education, strong leadership, and the ability to turn ideas into measurable results are essential.
How to Apply
Please submit your résumé and a portfolio of relevant work, including email campaigns, social media content, websites or SEO projects, and integrated marketing campaigns. Include your specific contribution, available performance results, and an example of a community partnership or outreach initiative you helped develop.

- Segment contact lists by brand, student age, interests, and enrollment stage.
- Build automated follow-up sequences and coordinate messaging with the sales team.
- Write engaging email content, test subject lines and calls to action, and track clicks, inquiries, and enrollment conversions.
- Maintain accurate contact lists and follow applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
Website Management and SEO
- Oversee content, accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency across six websites.
- Keep program descriptions, schedules, pricing, events, and inquiry forms current.
- Develop SEO strategies and useful educational content to improve organic visibility.
- Create and improve landing pages that turn website visits into qualified inquiries.
Social Media and Content Creation
- Lead content planning and execution across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Rednote, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and coordinate videos, photography, graphics, copy, and promotional materials.
- Work with teachers and staff to highlight student learning, outstanding artwork, parent testimonials, and program experiences.

- Develop outreach campaigns, collaborative events, workshops, and referral opportunities.
- Represent Matrix Education Group professionally at community events and partnership meetings.
- Maintain a partnership pipeline and follow through from initial contact to an active collaboration.
- Develop sustainable sources of inquiries beyond paid advertising.
Charity Programs and Student Volunteer Opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop meaningful charity and community service initiatives aligned with our educational mission.
- Identify nonprofit and community partners for student projects, exhibitions, fundraising activities, and service events.
- Develop appropriate volunteer opportunities for high school students, including clear roles, partner coordination, participation records, and supervision arrangements.
