Human Resources Generalist

HR Generalist to support skilled nursing communities across Texas in an onsite, mission-driven, faith-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment and employee onboarding Handle employee relations, coaching leaders and team members as needed Maintain accurate HR records and support HR systems/processes Coordinate benefits and leave administration Support implementation and adherence to HR policies Assist with HR training and compliance-related education Support performance management processes Ensure HR compliance with applicable regulations Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of HR practices including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Understanding of benefits/leave administration Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to partner with leaders to foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and servant leadership
