Programmer / Software Developer

Position Summary

The Full-Stack Programmer / Software Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving company software, internal systems, customer webstores, and digital applications. This position focuses on front-end and back-end development, system integrations, automation, and troubleshooting to improve operational efficiency.

The Full-Stack Programmer works closely with Management, Customer Service/Sales, Design, Production, Accounting, and other departments to develop technical solutions that support company operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve company software, websites, and customer webstores.
• Design and manage front-end and back-end applications.
• Create and maintain databases, APIs, and internal management systems.
• Develop and improve online ordering systems and customer webstore functionality.
• Troubleshoot software errors, website issues, and system malfunctions.
• Integrate company software with accounting, inventory, production, and other business systems.
• Develop automated processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Create and maintain internal tools for order management, production tracking, and reporting.
• Test, debug, and update applications to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain software security, system performance, and data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve company workflows through programming and automation.
• Provide technical support for company applications and web-based systems.
• Maintain organized documentation of programming projects and system updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements and develop solutions.
• Manage assigned programming projects and complete tasks within established deadlines.
• Assist Management with additional software development and technology-related projects as needed.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
