Texas Children’s Virtual Care Network is seeking experienced, innovative nurses who are passionate about patient- and family-centered care and excited to help transform how nursing care is delivered. Virtual Nurses partner with bedside nurses to provide admission support, patient and family education, discharge readiness, and discharge teaching through technology-enabled care model.

This role is ideal for nurses who are strong communicators, educators, collaborators, and critical thinkers and who are comfortable using technology to support patients, families, and bedside care teams. As a Virtual Nurse, you remain an essential part of the nursing care team while helping create additional capacity for bedside nurses to focus on direct patient care.
