  • Create AI-driven document management features, including:

+ Auto-tagging documents using standard tags (e.g., Dublin Core) and customer-specific tags (e.g., DoS Tags/Terms)

+ A process for creating and deploying customer-specific taxonomies and ontologies (long-term goal)

+ Creation and display of knowledge graphs and other visualizations as appropriate for the documents involved

+ Notifications, alerts, and logs of document repository utilization (who is looking at what)

+ Regular AI-generated reports and notifications that summarize recent additions, deletions, and updates to the repository by topic and geography, and respond to complex queries of the repository (e.g., “How many S&T agreements were entered into in the past 20 years and which ones will be coming up for renewal in the next 3 years?”)

  • Create chatbot functionality at several levels:

+ Enterprise: provide a path for integrating with the customer’s enterprise-level chatbot, if one exists

+ Bureau: support subdivisions of an enterprise that need to restrict access to their own employees (e.g., an Inspector General)

+ Office: support repositories that may include PII, company confidential, or other handling restrictions requiring need-to-know access for a limited number of people

  • Ensure platform capabilities comply with government requirements for uptime and related standards

  • Performance bottlenecks resolved and UI/UX improvements in place
  • 99.9% platform uptime, with capabilities that meet government requirements for uptime and related standards
  • Agency ATOs obtained
  • AI-driven document management features delivered and in use, including auto-tagging, knowledge graphs and visualizations, utilization notifications and logs, and AI-generated reports that answer complex repository queries
  • An established process for creating and deploying customer-specific taxonomies andontologies
  • Chatbot functionality at the enterprise, bureau, and office levels, with access controls suited to each level’s handling restrictions
  • A small team showing significant results across a phased timeline, with decisions guided by MVP learnings and A/B test results
  • Consistent month-over-month growth in platform users
  • Clear signs of product-led growth, such as most new users joining on someone’s recommendation

  • A solid understanding of what makes a SaaS system compelling to the federal government
  • Experience creating an MVP and leveraging what is learned from its deployment to grow the user base by selectively adding platform capabilities
