Product Management Coordinator

• Minimum of 2 years of related professional experience preferred.
• The Product Management Coordinator will support Terrabank in the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of the Bank’s products and services. This position will assist with product research, competitive analysis, product performance reporting, documentation, testing, and coordination of product initiatives across multiple departments.
• Responsibilities include assisting with the collection and documentation of product requirements; monitoring product adoption, growth, usage, and performance; conducting market and competitor research; coordinating product updates and enhancements with Operations, Compliance, Information Technology, Marketing, and other key stakeholders; supporting user acceptance testing (UAT); maintaining product documentation, procedures, pricing information, training materials, and internal reference resources; assisting with product launches and employee communications; and gathering client and employee feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• The Product Management Coordinator will also support the preparation of product performance reports, business recommendations, presentations, and management updates.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project coordination skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills in English required; Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM platforms, data reporting tools, financial services, banking products, or product management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
