Product Manager – AI Voice Solutions & Telecommunications

TelOnline has been providing business communication solutions for over two decades. As the telecommunications industry evolves, we are expanding into AI-powered voice solutions, including conversational IVRs, intelligent voice bots, and automated customer interactions.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to help build, launch, and scale this new business division.

About the Role

The Product Manager will work at the intersection of telecommunications, artificial intelligence, product development, and customer success. This individual will coordinate product deployments, collaborate with technical teams, support enterprise clients, and help drive the development of innovative AI voice solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage product roadmaps, priorities, and implementation plans for AI voice solutions.
• Coordinate technical deployments, ensuring projects meet agreed scope, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, understanding business requirements and recommending tailored solutions.
• Monitor call performance, usage data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support product testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Help identify new business opportunities in AI-powered communications and telecommunications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in product management, project coordination, technical consulting, telecommunications, or software implementation.
• Understanding of software development concepts, cloud platforms, APIs, and AI technologies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, including the ability to lead meetings and presentations.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the Sunrise, Florida area.

Pay: $56,500.00 - $72,200.00 per year
