Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented IT Manager – Information Security Awareness.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be a key member of the IT team, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the global Security Awareness Program. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of awareness specialists and collaborate with various internal and external partners to promote security best practices across the organization.
You will engage with executive leadership to influence security culture, leverage analytics to measure program effectiveness, and continuously identify opportunities to reduce human-related security risks. This is a hybrid position, offering both remote flexibility and in-person engagement at our corporate campuses in St. Louis, Missouri.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Security Awareness Program, including risk assessment, program planning, and cross-team collaboration.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of awareness specialists, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Design and execute targeted education campaigns focused on phishing, social engineering, password security, AI, and data protection.
- Use data visualization and analytical tools to evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with the Information Security Office to develop risk profiles and implement remediation strategies through tailored education and testing.
- Monitor industry trends and internal data to stay ahead of emerging risks and adjust programs accordingly.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to identify operational security gaps and provide guidance to address them.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience managing or leading security awareness or related programs.
- Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams within global organizations.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with vendors, third-party providers, and negotiating contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant security certifications such as SSAP or CSAP are a plus.
- Must reside in or near St. Louis, Missouri, and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience working with creative agencies or marketing teams to develop engaging educational content.
- Familiarity with AI and emerging security risks.
- Previous leadership experience within a global or cross-functional environment.
