Role : Technical Program Manager (TPM) Location: Tampa, FL Job Type: FTE Salary : $140K + Benefits Industry: Banking & Financial Services Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong Banking & Financial Services experience to lead complex technology programs, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful end-to-end program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technology programs in the banking domain.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, product owners, and senior leadership.
• Drive program governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
• Manage multiple workstreams and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support Agile/Scrum practices and use project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management.
• Strong Banking & Financial Services experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs in banking or financial institutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of banking systems, payments, digital banking, risk, or compliance is preferred.
