Required Qualifications

· 10+ years of software engineering experience , with significant experience in full-stack development and technical leadership.

· Strong hands-on expertise in Java and modern Java-based application development.

· Strong hands-on expertise in Node. js and backend/API development.

· Strong hands-on expertise in React. js and modern front-end application development.

· Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale application architectures .

· Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures .

· Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices.

· Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

· Strong understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.

· Experience leading technical teams and mentoring senior engineers.

· Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP .

· Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.

· Strong understanding of application security, scalability, availability, and performance optimization.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with Ruby/Ruby on Rails is highly desirable but not required .

· Experience modernizing or migrating legacy applications.

· Experience designing highly scalable, distributed platforms.

· Experience with event streaming technologies such as Kafka.

· Experience with container orchestration and cloud-native architectures.

· Experience establishing engineering standards and architectural governance.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

· Experience with observability and monitoring platforms.
