Job Description

Seeking an experienced SDET / QE Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright and test automation.

Must Have

• 11+ years of overall IT/testing experience
• Excellent hands-on experience with Playwright
• Strong experience in SDET / QA Automation
• Experience designing and developing automated test frameworks
• Strong knowledge of API, functional, regression, and integration testing
• Experience with CI/CD and Agile methodologies
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead QA/SDET activities and mentor team members
• Local to Hunt Valley, MD / willing to work onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SDET/QE activities and automation strategy.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright.
• Design reusable automation frameworks and test components.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Mentor QA engineers and establish automation best practices.
