  • Manage project scopes, milestones, workflows, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives.
  • Apply AI technologies and AI-assisted tools to analytics, reporting, workflows, and data solutions while identifying opportunities for continued innovation.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution, or equivalent internationally recognized institution, with applicable professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions, creating data models using SQL, implementing data transformation workflows, conducting statistical analysis, or applying statistical or machine-learning methods.
  • Experience with analytical and statistical programming tools such as R or Python, relational databases, data modeling, and interactive data visualization.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data and appropriate handling of protected healthcare information.
  • Strong project management, organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing project and client needs.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform; Azure experience is preferred.
  • Experience applying AI technologies or AI-assisted tools to analytics, reporting, or solution development is strongly preferred, along with demonstrated initiative in learning and applying emerging technologies.
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or working with governmental entities, insurance plans, trade associations, or nonprofit organizations is preferred.
