Design Director, you will contribute to our studio by: Client Independently run an entire program of work Proactive approach to solving problems Create case studies that summarise project work Actively contribute to business development Craft Articulate the value of your craft within the studio Contribute to thought leadership Define new best practices and deliverables Responsible for the output of your team Culture Mastered your craft and are a go- to person for advice Run regular skill sessions in the studio Help more junior members of staff master their craft Roles & Responsibilities
