Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Lead to support day-to-day clinical operations, staff coordination, and patient care delivery. This role involves leadership responsibilities, staffing coordination, and communication with department leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff assignments and balance workloads.
• Arrange staff coverage for breaks and unexpected absences.
• Support staff orientation and provide guidance on job duties.
• Assist with performance management and staff development.
• Monitor department operations and escalate issues to leadership.
• Support safe, efficient care delivery and appropriate resource use.

Requirements

• Active RN license valid for California practice.
• Relevant nursing and leadership experience.
• Ability to coordinate staff and manage changing operational needs.
• Additional experience and certification requirements should be confirmed with the recruiter.
