Assignment Details

• Location: Sun City, AZ
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: Full-time hours (details to be confirmed)
• Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehab / Hospital (based on facility needs)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Improve patient independence with ADLs and functional mobility
• Document services accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active AZ OT License or ability to obtain
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum 1–2 years OT experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
