Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's condition, needs, and goals
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies
- Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in care planning and contribute to positive patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with professional standards, facility policies, and applicable regulations
Qualifications
------------------
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited physical therapy degree
- Current Physical Therapist license in California or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
