We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a small skilled nursing facility in Willows, CA. This permanent opportunity offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, allowing you to provide meaningful patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities
--------------------
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and occupational therapy needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to improve mobility, independence, and activities of daily living
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on appropriate therapeutic techniques and strategies
- Participate in care planning and contribute to positive patient outcomes
- Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
Qualifications
------------------
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current California Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- SNF experience is a plus, but motivated clinicians with other clinical experience are welcome to be considered
