We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Kennebunk, Maine. This full-time position offers a highly desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, giving you the opportunity to focus on excellent patient care while maintaining a consistent work-life balance.

Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions
- Improve patients' strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional independence
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility, and safety
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Promote patient safety and positive functional outcomes
Qualifications
------------------
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Current Maine Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
